We had a very special treat in Primary 3 today when we met Derek Keilty, an author from Belfast. Derek entertained us all with impressions of book and movie characters and some special magic tricks. He also read a chapter from his latest novel “Ivy Newt and the Storm Witch”. We got to ask Derek some questions at the end and then he signed some copies of his books for us. Derek was really interesting and was very impressed by the questions we had prepared for him.
