P1B had a lovely time learning about autumn and harvests this week. After reading ‘Pip and the Apples’, we talked about where apples come from and how they are used. We then rolled up our sleeves and helped to prepare ingredients to make apple bites. Everyone got stuck in, chopping, mixing and getting the pastries ready. We even got to enjoy our delicious apple bakes once they came out of the oven. A tasty way to learn about the season!
