Mrs Cunningham Retires!
Today we had the pleasure of bringing term one to an end with our P4-7 pupils coming together in the hall. We had to mark a great occasion the retirement of our esteemed colleague Mrs Ciara Cunningham. Ciara is leaving us after 30 years of service. From day one, she has been the perfect blend of professionalism and warmth. Her kindness has touched countless students and colleagues, her caring nature has made this school feel like home, and her sense of humour has been tremendous during this time. She not only taught lessons from the curriculum, but life lessons too: patience, resilience, and the power of a smile. She's been a mentor, a friend, and an inspiration to us all.
Mrs Cunningham spoke lovingly about her time in Tannaghmore to all the pupils and she will have the music of our wonderful choir echoing in her ears, as they sang us out with a wonderful Christmas medley,
Mrs Cunningham on behalf of the teachers, assistants, Karl, cleaning staff and dinner ladies - thank you for everything. Enjoy every moment of what's next-you've definitely earned it!
