We have been learning all about recount writing in class this week. The children had to work in groups to solve clues in a Maths Hunt challenge.
After collecting all the clues the children returned to the classroom to write a recount about their experience.
They even got to play the role of the teacher and read each other's piece of writing and check if their partner had used all the features of recount writing.
