Pumpkin Soup in P1C

After reading the book 'Pumpkin Soup' by Helen Cooper we decided to make our own pumpkin soup in P1C. We added pumpkin, potatoes, carrots and onions along with a few spices. Some children loved it so much that they even had two bowls.
